The Design Team will collect and analyze data and meet with city staff, numerous community stake holders, and the public to develop a clear vision, goals, and standards for the future development and/or re-development of the corridor. The consultant will create a document for use and distribution to the public.

Design and planning for the Clear Creek Corridor will go through a rigorous public involvement process that includes stakeholders, community leaders, elected and appointed public officials and the community at large. When considering improvements to any of the individual parks, the corridor as a whole unified amenity will be evaluated.

The Master Plan will require the approval of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and adoption by Golden City Council.
